The duration for gaining council approval, can vary on many factors. Luckily our expert certification team make it easy with their broad knowledge of Southeast Queensland individual local councils regulations. The time isn’t on the council approving the project, it is dependant on any site-specific regulations that need to be met and any documentation or specialist consultants reports required to meet them. Could take 1 week, could take 8 weeks.
Maintaining a comfortable temperature in your shed home is important. We employ a 3-step method that ensures your shed home is cosy in the winter and cool in the summer.
